This year, we ride for
Penelope Gaskins
She’s 9 years old, she’s from Douglassville, purple is her favorite color, and she spoils two cats named Jane and Michael.
Penelope was diagnosed with osteosarcoma on February 10, 2026, and started chemotherapy right away. On April 29 she came through rotationplasty surgery. In the months ahead she’ll be fitted for a prosthetic leg and will continue chemo into late fall.
In between treatments, she’s still doing Penelope things — Girl Scouts, swimming, arcade games, and bike rides with her parents and her 15-year-old sister, Emily. Her family has been beside her for every step of it, and on October 17 the whole Red Corner community gets to stand beside her too.
This day is for Penelope.

Kids 17 and under are free with an adult.
Tickets are also available from any RCB crew member.
Camping is for crew and RCB families only, and no dogs or pets, for everyone’s safety.

Food tickets are handed out at admission, and more are available at the Food Tent. Outside food and drink are welcome.

Raffles
- Main Raffle: opens online one week before the event and closes at 7:00 PM on event day. Winners are notified by email.
- Grand Prize Raffle and 50/50: attendees only, with winners announced on stage.
- Prizes can be picked up right after the drawing, around 8:00 PM.

Red Corner Benefit is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. We accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo or PayPal. We accept corporate and personal donations by company check, but please no personal checks for ticket purchases on event day. Ask any crew member if you would like a tax donation receipt.
